Our Infrastructure
An infrastructure plays an important role as it analyzes the production capacity. It is divided into different units like manufacturing, warehousing & packaging and quality testing laboratory. Manufacturing unit being an vital part, it fulfills the bulk even the immediate requirements of the clients within the promised time frame. For the constant production flow, we have installed latest machines and equipment at our units. These machines are regular upgraded and oiled according to the latest technological advancements. All the machines are proficiently handled by our skilled workers, who have vast experience in the related domain.
Warehousing and Packaging
We have constructed a well organized warehouse, which is spread across vast area in Surat, (Gujarat). This unit helps us in storing the bulk amount of manufactured bags in an orderly manner. The warehouse is connected with all the roads so that the products can be delivered safely at the clients' premises. For the easy access and retrieval, our unit is sub divided into various section. To create a neat and clean environment in side the warehouse, we have appointed well trained store keepers. These professionals keep a systematic records of all the products to avoid any confusion during storing or dispatching.
Our packaging experts employ high-grade packaging material to ensure damage free delivery while transportation. Apart from this, customized packaging is also offered as per the clients' specifications.
